The Victorians loved scraps! If you ever get a chance to look at some of the old scrapbooks, they are filled with beautiful, strange, and wonderful paper bits similar to this piece. Most of the old scraps were made in Germany, like this rose. I added a slightly aged background. This would make a pretty card. Free to download for personal use.

I have to admit that I had some fun with this one! This is a frame from an illustration from the children's book Lilliput Lyrics. It was published in 1899. I love how ornate this is.
