Got my shabby on this morning. I really adore roses, pink, and old paper. This was fun to make, and I promise in the future I'll do a photoshop tutorial to show you how to do this. Hope you have fun with the card! I think it would look great as a journal card in a scrapbook.

I made another journal card by photoshopping vintage postcard, then added an aged background and a dot overlay.  This is a very different style than what I sell in my Etsy shop, and I like doing these because it gets me thinking.  I love shabby graphics so I'm like, what am I going to make today and how do I get it looking vintage.

I'm a little late again today. I took my horse out for a ride before it got hot. He was actually more interested in staying with his friends and munching grass, and he let me know that several times on the walk :-) He has built in barn GPS!!!

I love this Raphael Tuck postcard. Raphael Tuck & Sons, based in London, was the world's largest postcard publisher during the late 19th and early 20th century. They also made wonderful children's books, and when I find some, I'll post them for you.

His animal postcards are beautiful. Hope you like this one! I put it on an aged background for you.
