The Victorians loved scraps! If you ever get a chance to look at some of the old scrapbooks, they are filled with beautiful, strange, and wonderful paper bits similar to this piece. I really want to go to the beach. I grew up by the beach and went almost every day in the summer. Now I'm kind of land locked and don't get there very often. This postcard reminded me how much I really want a vacation at the "shore".
